5 minute Exercise - Self Care is easy to write about and talk about, yet a lot harder to schedule and do. It is also a very personal thing.

Part One - ‘Mini Me Moments’ are little chunks of self care that you can do anywhere, when you only have a moment here or 5 minutes there. These are moments you can do even while you’re children are at home if necessary.

Your task this week is to book in a ‘60 minute Me Moment.’ This means at least 60 minutes dedicated TO YOU, FOR YOU AND ALL ABOUT YOU. This is something we need to be doing daily. So if you’re doing Jen’s HIIT workouts you’ve got 20 mins of this covered, what’s the other 40 minutes going to be?
