RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
For every purchase made, $2 will be donated to Women's Refuge NZ
30 day policy. If it's past the 30 days, please email us through our contact form on the website or through email@example.com. If it is past 30 days, the refund will only be offered at our discretion.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase, this could be an email or courier bag etc.
Partial refunds may be granted under certain circumstances, this will be a case by case basis.
After we have received your return, this will be inspected and will contact you via email as to whether this will be approved or rejected for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
Please be aware there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, next contact your bank. Once you have done these things and you haven't received it please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
$5 for shipping all of New Zealand both North Island and South Island.
If you need to return an item, please send an email to email@example.com for the return postal address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once an item is ordered and paid for, we will endeavour to get this to you as soon as possible, if you need this item couriered urgently please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged and in most cases we will also offer an exchange if the sizing is wrong provided the item is in the same condition that you received it.
If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at email@example.com with your information and you will be provided with an address to return the item to us, postage at your cost.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
