Family Recipe - Healthiest Chocolate Mousse

Don’t be shocked by the ingredients, this is the most decadent, rich delicious dessert.

Ingredients

  • flesh of 2 ripe avocados

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 3 tbsp coconut milk

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor & blend until smooth.

Place into bowls and store in the fridge.

Delicious with fresh or frozen berries & a sprinkle of chocolate chips.
